See who's in the conference call

View the call participants in the call from any computer

Tired of being interrupted with rounds of “Who just joined?” and “Who is here?” whenever people join the conference call? ÜberConference lets you easily see everyone that has been invited to and has already joined the call. Whenever a new person joins, their name and image will light up so you can greet them with a friendly “Hi Jen” rather than an awkward “Who is that?”

Here is how it works. ÜberConference integrates with your address book, so you can easily send out invites to your contacts via email or SMS. If people call in from a number in your contact book, we’ll automatically recognize them from the phone number and log them into the call without needing a PIN. If you don’t have their number in your contacts or they dial in from a different number, ÜberConference can identify them by the unique PIN that is sent out with the invite. If you just give people your ÜberConference number and Open PIN, and you don’t have their number in your address book, they will be represented by a “New Caller” in the visual interface.
